Refund & Scope Policy

Landscape Reports ($750)

Full refund if the report has not been started. If research is underway or delivered, no refund — the deliverable is custom research. If the report contains material factual errors reported within 7 days, we'll correct them at no cost or issue a full refund at your choice.

Monthly Retainers ($350/month)

Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds. If a monthly brief is not delivered by the agreed date, you may request a credit for that month.
